In 2004 I became interested in photography and it was a perfect time to do so. Digital photography had revolutionized the market and the cost of developing film and working in a darkroom was not as high as it used to be. It was now much easier to develop and edit your images, and you could publish them without much effort or expense.

My interest in photography soon developed into a deep desire to document and share the beauty and uniqueness of nature and its inhabitants. I wanted to make people aware of the beauty and value of nature and how important it is to protect and preserve our environment.

I have become particularly passionate about photographing wildlife and their habitats. In my images, I try to show the beauty and diversity of wildlife while emphasizing the importance of its protection and preservation. I want to show people that wildlife are valuable co-inhabitants of our planet and are not a threat.

Through my photography, I hope to contribute to the protection of the environment by inspiring people to appreciate and protect the beauty and uniqueness of nature. I strongly believe that each of us can make a difference and I hope that my images can contribute to all of us taking responsibility for our environment and working towards its preservation.

A good photo is like a window into another world. It tells a story and shows us the beauty and uniqueness of our world. When a photo is perfectly printed and framed, it can transform a room and create a special atmosphere.

For me, the art of printing and framing is an important part of the photographic process. It's not only important to create the perfect image, but also to make sure it's presented in the best way possible. By choosing the right paper, printing technique, and frame, you can get the most out of an image and make sure it looks good in any setting.

Overall, creating fine art prints is a fulfilling task that gives us as photographers the opportunity to share our work and bring joy to others. It is an important part of the photographic process and a way to showcase our art in the best way possible.

Fine Art Photography by Heinz Effner

For me, moments in nature, observing wildlife and exploring pristine landscapes are spiritual experiences that I want to capture and share. My approach is to capture the reaction of wildlife to my presence, whether by seeing, hearing or smelling. In doing so, I am concerned with not disturbing or endangering the animals. I will strictly adhere to certain rules of behavior and observe from a safe distance. My goal is to show how diverse the behavior of wild animals is, even if they are the same species, and how unique and impressive each of these creatures is.

Photography is a great way to draw attention to wildlife. It is a way to show them in their natural environment to create compassion and interest in them. With my pictures I try to convey to the viewer the precious life of each individual. The main focus of my work is to show the animals in the context of their environment.
